  • ALMA operates in English and Dutch. Fun fact: Flemish is the spoken native language of the travel designer and personal tour guide.

  • All tours are private. It’s just you and your group.

  • Alma loves to welcome families with kids. Tours will often be adjusted to fit their needs too!

  • We encourage you to book at least 90 days in advance to ensure availability and other arrangements that are needed for the customised tours. For last minute requests please reach out to us as we are willing to make it work.

  • It means you will have your personal travel designer available in person! This allows last minute changes and itinerary revisions (of course to a certain extent) as well as personal guidance at its best!

  • You are responsible for your own travel insurance. Alma strongly recommends to have travel insurance and will support you in finding the right type of insurance.

  • Written cancelation 30 days or more prior to the start of your trip will result in a 85% refund. If cancelled 15 days or more prior, a 50% refund will be ensured. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date will forfeit the deposit.

  • As a travel designer, we focus mainly on curating your personal itinerary in Lisbon itself according to your desires. However, we will be happy to assist you and advise you what the best hotel and flight options are.
